Shu on Safari 1

One way to learn about women is to be among them. To denounce your manly ways and wander into the jungle. I wouldn't recommend this in a living arrangement. Nor would I recommend it in an office environment. For if you have ever had the experience of being surrounded by women, you will soon realise that theirs is a world of trickery, politics, shoes and false compliments. Every word is calculated. Every smile is measured. Every compliment is flourished with a flick of their invisible feline tails and a twitch of their pointed ears.

There are societal structures too; no matter how small the office. The women form clans ruled by complex alliances built on common tastes in shoes, handbags and the latest "lose weight without exercise" diets. Rogues exist, playing false loyalties to the clans but they are few in numbers. Outsiders are politely measured up then ripped to pieces when their backs are turned.

If you ever find yourself in this unprotected savanna, I wish you well. You are but a lamb among lions.
